Other on site issues such as access, rights of way, title impediments, restrictive covenants, and contamination also need addressing.

 

The design element requires the appointment of the right architects and will need careful thought to achieve optimal massing combined with sympathetic and attractive design and appearance. 

 

The company is primarily involved with the residential market - creating new houses and apartments, and has over the years obtained planning permission for new dwellings on brown field, garden and infill land; the conversion into residential use of former mills, schools, traditional agricultural barns, class Q barns, pubs and hotels.
