A whole range of specific issues will need to be addressed even before design stage to include, flooding and drainage, highways and transport, landscape, listed buildings, conservation and local historic features, environmental, ecology, and sustainability. Other on site issues such as access, rights of way, title impediments, restrictive covenants, and contamination also need addressing.

 

The design element requires the appointment of the right architects and will need careful thought to achieve optimal massing combined with sympathetic and attractive design and appearance. 

 

The company is primarily involved with the residential market - creating new houses and apartments, and has over the years obtained planning permission for new dwellings on brown field, garden and infill land; the conversion into residential use of former mills, schools, traditional agricultural barns, class Q barns, pubs and hotels. 

We work with property owners and can offer various opportunities including conditional or unconditional purchase, land promotion, option to purchase, or a JV structured arrangement.
